Is there a Set Up fee?

Yes.
There is a “Once Only” set up fee to digitise your Logo or Text for Embroidery.
Your Logo or Text needs to be “digitised” into an Embroidery format that enables our embroidery equipment to stitch out your logo.

We produce a sample for your review and once approved by you we keep it on file for future orders. The one time Set Up fee for Logo’s is $66. If it is straight Text the Set Up fee is $33.

What format do you need my logo in?


We can work from any electronic format. We do prefer EPS, JPEG or PDF. We can digitise a logo from a scanned image such as a business card or letterhead but the above mentioned formats will produce a far better result.

Do I have to pay set-up fees for additional orders after the initial set up?


No.
Unless your logo changes there are no additional set up costs for subsequent orders.

Do you require minimum quantities?


No, not really.
For Hats or Caps there is a minimum quantity of 5. Other than that there are no minimum quantities required.

Where are your prices for Embroidery?


Our pricing model is relatively simple and is based on stitch count. However, every order is different and pricing depends on factors such as size, quantities, complexity and a number of other variables.
We prefer to listen and carefully understand our customers’ requirements and then advise pricing accordingly.

We can assure you that our embroidery prices are very competitive.

How long will it take to get my garments?


Where Embroidery or screenprinting is required we aim to have your finished order available within 2 weeks after you have approved the logo or text that you want embroided.

We do maintain a extensive range of stock in our showroom and popular items are available immediately where embroidery or screenprinting is not required.

If we are temporarily out of stock of the required item and need to order from our suppliers we will have the items for you within 7 days of order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a urgent job then please call us. We can often accommodate urgent jobs it just depends on what our production schedule looks like at the time. We will make every endeavour to meet your timelines.

Can I supply my own items to be embroided?


Yes.
A small surcharge for Customer supplied items does apply.

Do you do screen printing?


Yes.
However screenprinting is not really cost effective unless you are considering 20 – 25 plus items to be screenprinted. Most of the cost of screenprinting is in the setup of the screens so the more items to be screenprinted the better.

Can you put names/numbers onto garments?


Yes.
In the case of names it is common to embroider staff names onto garments or other items such as Towels/Bags etc. for personal gifts.

In respect to Sporting or Club Teams/Uniforms we have a in-house facility to cut and heat press numbers onto sporting garments.
